OUR ROOTS

Growing palm trees has been a long-standing tradition for our family. My father’s passion was to tend to his small land of palm trees, as he did with his children- with care and love. Unwilling to give that family tradition up, my wife and I started Dar Tomoor over a decade ago to produce the perfect organic medjool date whilst meeting the growing demand for healthy, mouthwatering dates. We realized Organic Medjool dates are widely available and grown in countries like the US and Israel, but none of them come from its country of origin, Morocco. We decided it was time to change that and now we are very proud to be the first 100% Moroccan company to provide 100% organic dates to the market.

Our base is located right next to the Errachidia region of Morocco, where the king of dates (Medjool variety) originated from and where a plethora of sunshine allows our palm trees to thrive, providing a setting for the perfect growth conditions.”
